The filling machine is a non-contact intelligent card module picking and filling equipment independently developed by the company, consisting of industrial robots, intelligent controllers, module punching and cutting systems, dispensing systems, and vision systems. The modules transported by the module punching system are filled into the module holes on the sheet by robots. The filling position can be adjusted according to the position of the module holes, and the modules are fixed with glue for wire embedding and welding. The device is widely used in large-scale national projects such as public transportation IC cards and ID cards.
